Cision Pay Petition

Employees at the London based media monitoring company 'Cision' negotiate their own pay and conditions, such as hours and holidays, on an annual basis.  Employees at the company won this legal right in 2002 and have had a say in their pay, terms and conditions ever since.

However this year’s anniversary date for those negotiations to commence has passed and the company seems to be trying to undermine this long held tradition.

In response employees at the company are getting themselves organised and circulating a petition to make sure that their collective voice is heard – as individuals they realise they have not got a chance of challenging this attack on their rights but by sticking together and getting organised they hope to maintain the right to have a say in their pay and conditions.
